hi,
since yesterday/today my recruting page is stuck, it starts loading and get stuck in the process.
changed my class to necro, built up the structures, choose talents & then can't get the recruiting screen to finish loading and its getting hung at the message 'loading spectreani'.
any assistance or solution would be great.

tried switching to wizard faction and the recruiting for wizard is working. switched back to necro and the problem is still there.
even though i have not tried all the factions apart from wizard, but i would assume that the problem is only with necro and not the other factions as originally i switched from tribal to these 2 factions.

| Give it some time, I've had it as necro to the firs times. At most you need to wait 1 - 2min.. |
waited for 5 minutes then 10 minutes and finally for 15 minutes....but to no avail.
since there is no response, i've just changed my class and hope that this issue is rectified soon, because somewhere down the line i will switch to necro again. |

i change back to necro and the same problem is still there !!!!
is there a support/technical structure apart this forum where a person can communicate ???? |

WOW....now that is something. I've seen house start-ups providing far far better service than this site.
Earlier it was that 'the RU server is ok and that they are not bothered about COM server'....but after the merge that should have changed.....guess i stand rectified.
Any site without a support structure....may god help the visitors/players over there. actually we are at god's mercy lol and if that is the case then we sure are in better hands :) |

lvl 12 now, changed back to necro....and the recruiting problem STILL EXISTS !!!!

sheesshhhh....i think i know why i quit this game 2 years ago. wish i hadn't started playing it again. |

not as yet....but i've never faced this problem on this browser and neiither with any other faction. even though possible....but in my opinion its virtually 'impossible' that a problem exist on ONLY one faction on any computer/browser, but let me not jump to any conclusions....i'll be back shortly after trying another browser. will not try another computer till LWM funds it lol....and they ought to after me spending a HEFTY amount on this game :)

well....i really do have to give you credit (wish somebody from support/technical had suggested it earlier), but its working on chrome !
i'm like every other user on this game....why only me ???? why not others and why not any other faction and why can others play necro on firefox ???? does this mean that i have to use chrome to play necro and i CANNOT use firefox to play the necro faction ?
whatever it is....i do appreciate your response and i request you to respond further with whatever you get from support/technical. and in case you think a concrete reply will take some time then please do mention it so that i do not get impatient and wait patiently :) |
| You probably have a locked or corrupted file in your cache. Try clearing it, (and temp files), and then restart browser and see if issue is fixed. |
the problem appears to have been resolved by clearing files etc. etc....just wish that you guys had come across this thread earlier lol.
but i still wonder where support is.... |
| There is no such thing as support here. The support we officially get from the admins are removal of bugs in the game. Problems with individual computers/browsers/viruses/internet/DNS etc are resolved this way. |
