raised dead is under magic guild level 2 which can be built in combat level 8.
so, yes, lv8 elf can cast that spells. |
| But warning raise dead give you -2 moral :) so its not always good option. |
More precisely:
After being raised, the living stack becomes a walking dead with always neutral Morale, but does not acquire the properties of undead. The morale of all other living stacks of your character becomes -2. |
