There is your answer.
But according to how your question is structured, it's confusing me. You don't get -1 morale per creature, you just get -1 moral on every one of your creatures when you are fighting against this enemy. |

Was thinking more to if there were more than 1 shadow dragon stack in the field. will they reduce more than -1 morale. Since it didnt state that it couldnt. |
Nah it won't.
All enemy living creatures on the battlefield will have -1 Morale to their current Morale Parameter. Regardless of how many stacks of Shadow Dragons you have. |

Usually creatures have 1 morale in hunt, but as you can see here there is a -1 given to morale resulting into 0 Morale.
