The heroes of the last month are, without a doubt, the Holy Knights - yet another alternative Faction class, which (already!) demonstrates good results in PvP and simply amazing ones in PvE. In accordance with the latest game developments, HWM Daily has decided to launch a PvP tournament!
Hark, Lords and Ladies of Combat Level 9 and above! Any single one of you, willing to participate in the tournament, shall choose the side he is fighting for: Either the side of the Knights or the side of any other Faction. In order to win the tournament, you shall acquire the longest series of victories in a row in PvP combats in Commanders' Guild and in the Minor Tournament. More details below:
For participation and ultimate victory, you shall:
- Choose the side you are fighting for. Knights are fighting separately from all other Factions, and their victories are counted separately. No Lord or Lady may fight for both sides at the same time.
- Should you be a Knight or a Holy Knight, your task is to achieve the longest series of victories in a row against Lords and Ladies of all other Factions, except the Knight Faction.
- Should you, however, be a representative of a different Faction, your task will be to have the longest series of victories in a row against Lords and Ladies of the Knight Faction (irrespective of their class).
- The competition shall commence on February 5th at 18:00 and it shall end on February 18th at 18:00, local Imperial (=server) time.
- At the end of the competition, you shall send a letter(Qwainos), where in the "Subject" you shall write the name of the competition and the body - the number of victories in a row you obtained and the side you were fighting for.
The rules of the competition are:
1) Only Lords and Ladies having Combat Level 9 or higher may participate
2) Only combats from Minor Tournament and Commanders' Guild are counted for the competition
3) Only duels are counted for the competition
4) If the victory was obtained by time-out, the combat is not counted.
5) Staged combats are not allowed.
6) Combats with players having the same IP address as you are not counted.
7) Any participant of the competition may only fight for one of the two sides (either for the Knights or for other Factions), in which he or she wishes to compete for the award.
8) The rules may be subject to adaptation and change, should malevolent players find unjust ways of winning in the competition.
9) Secondary characters are not allowed to participate in the tournament.
The awards:
The prize consists of several hundred thousand Imperial golden coins. Leaders of both sides shall be rewarded. The size of the prize will depend on the length of the victory series.

one question: how many players can be awarded on each side? and how much is the price? |
