| Normally there should be 24h interval. On some occasions admins allow unlimited changes for a limited period of time, but usually it is announced. |

As the above player says, you may change more than once in 24 hours if you use a Potion of Oblivion. So you may change, use the potion and change back one more if you so wish to.
Description:
The lord who drinks this magical potion will reset all his or her primary parameters obtained through combat levels and guild levels (optional stats) and will be able to learn new ones instead. Faction change cooldown is reset immediately. |

| Yes, I have just tried that and it is possible for me to change faction once more after using the festive PoO as well :) |
