Not enough ammunition points, at least 51 AP required.
why i need so much ammunition points to do quest? before it was like 10 ap.. | Are you sure it is a Merc's Quest you are trying to do and not a contest grounds battle which is a different kind of thing?

Mercs quests will require you to wear the minimum AP for your level, those cotnest goround battles have different AP requirements which are much higher. | | i went to east river mercenaries quest and i get that kind of challenge. |
