u mean minimum of 65%?
coz always min is 65% i think.
so that means a 40/40 sword of retribution say costing 8k
will at 65% of 8k when it has 40/40 dura.
but i think thats wrong :( |

| Well, the above formula is for selling 0/x artifacts, not full dura arts. |
| They depreciate in value. Full durability shop arts can be sold to empire at 85% (approximately). |
