i would like to ask if the parameters that you get every combat lvl are added on troops..and what's the diferrence between them and those that faction skill points give.

The parameters that faction skill points give do not apply for the hero (only for troops) and it only applies if you are playing that particular faction. For example, if you are playing elf, you will only receive the parameter bonuses that your elf faction level gives. | The parameters that faction skill
