hunter artifacts are part of a set yes, but not rare. I don't know if that rule is missleading or hunter artifacts are now excluded. Probably the last, considering that the rule has changed.

I don't think buying Hunter Arts with multi is allowed, because they are arts that do not have a fixed price, so no +/-20% applies, so there can be a exploitation of these arts by unsigned multis buying it for a much larger price.
But I'd still advise you to confirm with someone else. |

That is the whole point. Additional characters are supposed to be created only to allow the player to experience different factions. Right now, they have too much influence on the game economy and as such, need to be restricted in what they can do. |

So yes, multiple characters can buy and sell hunt arts. No need to confuse the rule. |
