Always been there.
From level 4, If I'm correct, the time gets to one hour between hunts. |
1 to 3 levels, it will like 15 to 20 mins
after 40 to 60 mins.... |

Unlocking this thread to correct it.
It has not always been a shortened period of time that hunts appear for level 3s. At the start of this year, hunts for level 3+ would appear from 40-60 minutes. At some time early this year there was an unannounced update that reduced the hunting time for levels 1, 2 and 3 to about 10 minutes or so, not 15-20 minutes.

For level 1-2 characters, the time between hunts is 5 minutes.
For level 3 it is 10 minutes.
Since level 4 it is 40 to 60 minutes.
Hunting license reduces these periods by stated percent.
Also, after the merge, periods for all levels will be twice shorter for a certain period of time, specifically between GMT 20:00~4:00
