| Is it legal to host a custom card tournament, with entry fee, provided that the whole entry fee collected is completely used to give out the prizes? |

3.22. Any custom combat tournaments with a prize reward and/or a participation fee are forbidden.
Custom card game tournaments are allowed.
I guess since the above line prohibits custom combat tourneys with prizes, I guess custom card tourneys with prizes are allowed. still awaiting confirmation from someone. |

| Yes. Both fees and prizes are allowed for custom card tournaments :) |
