if i understand u correctly my answer to you is
you may be blocked if u dont mention ur previous characters and state that u have abandoned them all and that this is ur main |
In your profile page state your characters that are abandoned.
You may not have any more multi-characters. |
In your profile page state your characters that are abandoned. and list the names of the abandoned characters.

• You can't log into any of the abandoned characters again. |
