| You can take a new loan and pay back the old one. That will essentially extend the loan one month. Just make sure you don't exceed the maximum limits stated in the rules. You will at one minute have twice the original amount as loan. |
Extending loan is not allowed. It have to be repaid and then it could be given again.
If there is no time to repay it within time with own funds, borrow it from 3rd party to repay the pending loan and then repay the new loan. |
always keep in mind that when you lend gold, you're trusting the person borrowing it, because:
3.17. The Administration does not take responsibility for the unreturned debts and does not guarantee compensation in case of swindling by other players; as well as in case if the debtor has been blocked. When a loan is not returned in time, (the time must be written in the transfer logs, no more than a month) the swindler will be imposed a penalty of a sum twice as much. If the term isn't posted in the transfer logs, the penalty will occur 1 month after the loan transaction. The creditor does not get compensation.
i suggest the debtor pays back as much as he can, and the creditor gifts him the remaining amount (this is legal if the amount pardoned is within creditor's gift limit). then, when the debtor has enough funds to pay back the rest, he gifts it to the creditor (again, if it's within his limits).
note to the creditor: if you forgive part of the debt as gift, the debtor is not obliged to gift it back to you*. although, if you don't do this and the loan is not fully repaid within 1 month, the debtor will be considered a swindler and will be imposed a penalty of a sum twice as much. If the term isn't posted in the transfer logs, the penalty will occur 1 month after the loan transaction. The creditor does not get compensation. |

So,the only way to prevent it is send as gift(of course within max limit) if there's no third party
In this way,loaner get no pnealty and he can take more time to repay
