Elements, arts, resources (They will be valued to a specific gold price) can be send as long as you don't violate
3.15. Presents must not exceed 10,000 gold * [Combat level of the grantor]
and it is
sending it with your main character, to another person's main character
and you are not in the progress in leaving the game

Remember you don't decide what elements, arts and resources are worth so if you send them make sure you have a buffer to your limit from rule 3.15. |
