The ring of dexterity will offer you 1% initiative each. Which is the same as what the leather hat will offer you.
Or alternatively, you might find that a leather hat is posted in the market by players who still have one, over the coming days and can buy it then. However, most of these are being sold at high prices when they do come on the market. |

The ring of dexterity do not have a facility. You can buy them from the art shop which does not require you to move :)
