Noble Lords and Ladies,
Today official clan #10 LWM - Forum moderators announces recruitment. Yes, it’s finally expanding and yes, this time it’s serious.
In few words, it’s just a start of a rebuilding process for our official clans and its main goal is to add some fresh blood to the mix, get rid of inactive moderators and as a result create a dynamic system that will be way more efficient than the current one so our community could benefit off that.
Here are the requirements for our candidates to apply:
- Only main characters are allowed
- You’re active and willing to help this community out by fulfilling official duties
- You have to be 8th combat level (or higher)
- You have registered at least 6 months ago (it’s your current character that you’re applying with, any of your ‘older’ or ‘previous’ characters aren’t taken into consideration)
- You must know general rules and forum rules well
- You mustn’t have any significant game rules violations
- Your English is at least at the intermediate level
- You were never evicted from any official clan
How to apply?
If you fit those requirements, simply PM me (https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=4492648) filling the next information in your application:
1. Have you read the requirements? Do you fit those? In case if you fit most of them but don’t fit some particular ones, please specify which ones you don’t and why?
2. How long have you been playing this game, and is this your first character? If it’s not, what happened to your previous accounts (blocked, abandoned, whatever, just be sincere, no one’s gonna judge you)?
3. How old are you?
4. Where are you from (or what’s more important, what’s your time zone (+/- compared to the server time for obvious reasons)?
5. How many hours a day do you spend in the game?
6. Have you tried out for moderator before? If so, what were the reasons that made them reject you?
7. What forum sections do you read the most? Or maybe post in? Or prefer?
8. Why would you like to become a moderator? Just be sincere, if you’re for the money say it out, there’s nothing wrong in it, people do their jobs professionally and get payed for that in RL, why should it be different here?
Every application will be followed by an interview, but people, please, don’t expect instant answer if you’re in or not, okay?
And the last thing before you proceed is: again, be sincere. No one likes liars, you know that.

- This clan may have no more than one representative of any one Military clan at any moment.
- Members of Military clans may not send their applications/resume's for an official clan position during any recruitment period. Instead, the Military clan leader sends a recommendation for any one member he or she considers appropriate for this position. Such candidate must be discussed within the clan. Military clan leaders may send only one recommendation for each post at a time, recommending different members of their MCs into different official clans is allowed.

Nope.
We have a new rule now that states 'Best men for the job' regardless of an icon that's next to their nickname.
Moderators still must be impartial so I believe it's more efficient to recruit active people regardless of their MC logos and thoroughly monitor their actions as an official clans' reps than just setting some limitations and let the things take care of themselves hoping that everyone will stay impartial since the limitation provides some sort of illusional parity while no one monitors a thing. |

The trial period will last for one month.
I'll be the tutor for #10 and Ed will be the tutor for #266 since he has been appointed to be head of Staff dtp. long ago.
The decision will be based on activity of our new moderators, their impartiality and their other qualities that will prove themselves fit. |
