If DarkAtom is your only account, and you are not related to the other "Darks" then there is no issue. You are only level 2, so there are no illegal transfers and you haven't fought in combat with any other players, so it is not possible to say that you have assisted anyone.
So from what I see, you are perfectly fine.

Nothing wrong with using the suffix Dark if you want to. Just make sure you sign those multiple accounts in your personal information when you create them.
