Hey guys, this is a pretty simple lottery game. I will be using random.org to draw the numbers. There will be 15 slots at 1000 gold each. Each participant is limited to 3 slots. Prizes are as follows:
1st: 7500 gold
2nd: 5000 gold
3rd: 2500 gold
If this works out okay, I may host more in the future. :D |

I'm not sure I understand this. If you mean people buying up 'slots' to enter your lottery, then you might be on a collision course with this rule:

3.21. Any banking and bookmaker activities are prohibited without exception.
Bookmaker activities - taking bets on sports or other events with paying the winnings in money's worth.

I believe you'll be ok if you pay the prizes from your own pocket, under the form of presents.
HOWEVER, this rule must be observed:

3.15. Presents must not exceed 10,000 gold * [Combat level of the grantor] + 250 * [Diamonds obtained by the grantor through donations] per month. |
