i have a question about additional characters
i wrote to secretary several days ago but i didnt get any answer yet
i have realized that i made some serious mistakes in development of my character, and i cant repair them
simply, i didnt know how to play the game properly
i am a big fan of HOMM, but this is a completely different game, i guess
and therefore some things functions quite differently
i made additional character, debeljuca
now, can i declare that my first character, debeljucko, is my additional character
and new one, debeljuca is my main
is it possible?
i read the rules and there are some things that i dont understand
my main, debeljucko has done some things that an additional character must not do
is this a problem if i am to declare him additional character?
i will put them here one by one
-3.13. Additional characters are not allowed to make presents to anyone, or pay/receive clan taxes/entrance fees. When buying game items from other characters, the prices mustn't differ too much from the average market prices. Trying to wash the money through substitute parties is a serious violation leading to block of the additional characters and penalty to the main one.
now, i was in a clan for a while, but i left it

can i declare my new account for main character?
is it ok if debeljucko doesnt do any forbidden stuff after the swap of characters? | If you declare your new acc as main and old as multi.Prob occurs if you have done thing that multis cant in main you wanted to make multi.
In that case the acc you will make multi will be blocked. | You can change your main account, but if you old main account did anything illegal for additionals, it could be blocked.

He problem isn't stay on clan, the problem is pay the fee which isn't allowed.

Not allowed for add, don't matter if you pay or not.

You have 2 options which I can see...
- Keep with your main as main, without change.
- Try talk with one administrator or maybe one keeper, they could help you more than us. :) | so i could declare my new character as main?
and the old one will be blocked?

i already wrote to secretary if he could block it, or delete, or anything
but no reply so far :(
i just wouldnt want to get some penalty to new character
it would be great if i could keep old one to have fun with him, but if they want to block him its fine with me
ofcourse i wouldnt do any forbidden stuff with old one after the swap

this what i was doing with debeljucko was not good
but unfortunatly it took me 4 and a half months, and some fine amount of diamonds to realize that :( | It's happen the same to me, with my old main...

Yes, you can. And the old one may be blocked.

ontopic: You can change which character is your main.
It is quite likely that the old main will be blocked If it has done things not allowed for additional characters which is very likely, but even if it is not blocked it is safer to just write in it's profile that it used to be your main character but is now abandoned and ??? is now your main. Then dont log into it again.
Make sure your new main has what you have done explained in it's profile and once again list the old main char there too. | ok, so you think i should not log onto my old main after that?
i was thinking maybe i could clear that illegal activities in some way, so to keep him to play for fun, but if they are going to block him, its ok also
it would be much easier if secretary would answer me :(

thanks for help everyone | The chances are it would be blocked anyway. There are so many sore losers who would look for any reason to report your character just because you had a better battle than they did.
My advice above was partly so that you would not invest more time in a character which you could lose at any time and part in case you made a mistake with new alt and admins assumed you were trying to play 2 main characters (e.g. safer)
If you accept the fact that you may wake up one day and find your alt blocked and are sure you wont do anything "illegal" with it by mistake then you may well be safe enough. It all depends what admin think at the time if/when it is brought to their attention which no one here can answer for sure.
I also forgot in my post #8 (and wasn't going to do a new post just to say it but as I am doing one anyway) - Another useful thing to do is to send 1g from each account to EMPIRE with the description detailing the change. This gives a permanent timestamp of when you changed and lets admins see what happened before or after this time in either log if they want to check anything. | | ok, i will do that, thanks again |
