At the time TGI renting was legal.
It is no longer legal to rent the TGI. Because that guy did not reach TG2 and return the Thief Invitation in time, he should ideally be penalised or blocked.

If you borrow a TGI for 3 weeks only you are not allowed to have it for 3 years. |

| A very unfortunate situation. The TGI rule change was told on 11-14-09 and it only gave a player until 12-1-09 to finish there rental agreement and send the TGI back before the deadline. Some players were able to finish it and others were not. |

Don't worry. He did borrow the TGI for three weeks only. Therefore he would be able to get it back, like he did promised. But the did never happen. He did never reach TG 2 - or even TG 1 nor did he bother with paying back his dept. |
