I recently reached level 3 and built Avengers' guild, since I'm planning to only hunt with this account then I thought that I won't bother setting any of the favorite enemies. But my question is about the hunts where 2 players are in 1 fight with both enemies.

Will the game still automatically choose both of the monsters as my favored enemies and if it will then what if the monsters are of the same faction(if it's possible)? |

elves and creatures attached to elven faction can't be targeted as favoured enemies. All the others in hunts are selected as favoured enemies automatically. In case of same faction, both creatures will be targeted as favoured I believe. It's hard to find a case like that, but take a similar example :
