Seriously ? No, it is considered wasting money away. | Many people transfer gold, resources, arts, etc to EMPIRE or the other admin characters when they are upset at something or trying to make amends for previous illegal activity in the hope it will let them avoid a fine or a block.
Nothing illegal about it. | this is definitely illegal, and maxim(adm) should be blocked for not returning the sent goods, therefore the sender and maxim need to be reported in C&A and both will be blocked
