Runes are for Dwarves, so I would assume you are talking about your multiple account. It looks like you were not Faction Level 1 at the time you participated in the tournament so of course they would not come out.
You need to be Faction level 1 to access the first rune. You also need to have the school of Rune Magic built in your castle to access the runes. |
