Why is it, with the exception of Arctic and Empire not being Councillors, that all the Councillors have 1000:0 win/lose ratio but you cannot see the combat on the combat log, but Councilor Feurlis has 1040:4 win/lose ratio and he also 5:12 win/lose ratio in Card Game, and you can see his battles in the battle log.
Is Councilor Feurlis controlled by a single person but the rest of the Councillors are just controlled my Empire herself? |
All the Councilors are controlled by the administration characters.
It just so happens that Councilor Feurlis was used in a role play event that was held on this server. During the event, the character Arctic got blocked and some players rebelled against Empire to free Arctic.
The player who beat Councilor Feurlis, (who was the jail keeper in the Detention Block and very tough to beat), would free Arctic from the detention block.

He supposedely had unsigned multies and got blocked and so we had to clean his mess, but he never learns, he still has his multies inappropriately signed according to this :
3.10.1. If you register an additional character, you are bound to show that in the opening line of the "character information" of both, commenting who is the main character and who is the additional one. Just the line "I've got another character" or "This is an additional character" is not enough. Indication of nicknames of them all is obligatory. Additional characters who aren't signed will be blocked immediately.
