yes
if u make ur multi ur new main , then most probably your previous main will be blocked because it may had loans , gifts and renting estates which doesnt fit in multies transfer log |

man, com and ru are slightly different and we are not having the exact rules on both server... Close but not the exact.
What i can suggest is to contact togort, cbs, lexa on com because they are playing on ru and knowing rules since they are english and russian speakers!
You can as well post on q&h on ru server by using a translator and ask your question there or ask a russian player to give you the translation in ru then you will be able to post "properly" there!

in .ru your main must be higher level than your multi, if my information is correct. Other rules I think are similar so you could change under this condition : Your new main will be higher level than the new multi.
