Authorlorekeeper dispersion power
In one of my recent combats, a stack of 1 lorekeeper used disperse and FULLY removed a stoneskin(casted from a 9 stack of anchorites)... how is this possible?
lorekeeper dispersion power = 100%.
E=Base efficiency-([Caster SP]-[Disperser SP])*3

acording to this formula, it would be 100% - (9-2)*3 = 79% dispersed, not 100%
(it was 2 lorekeepers, just went and checked combat again)
E=Base efficiency-([Caster SP]-[Disperser SP])*3
this formula affects only heroes` dispersion.
for creatures the spells are mostly calculated in a different way.

i took inf from ru-server. there it says:
100% + (4 – Caster SP/tier of the enemy creature) * 3%

`4` stands for the tier of magi.
Caster SP/tier of the enemy creature - depends on whether the spell, which has to be removed, is cast by a hero or a creature.

so: 100% + (4 – 4) * 3% = 100%.
ok thanks
