don't know about .ru
but here there is no restrictions
switching would probably result in your old main to be blocked (it'll have loans, clans, rents, gifts ...) |
regarding rules on 'COM' like they are atm, you can without problem... About RU, i will suggest you to post in the Q&H there or in the Off Game Forum part : Everything about RU.
