Author | Clarification of General Rule 3.31. |
it reads:
3.31. The maximal rent term of a guest lounge is limited technically to one week. It is forbidden to collect fees for lounge rentals of a period exceeding one week. Comments on rent transfers are compulsory, any suspicious transfers will be considered financial assist.
Rent prices should not differ significantly from average prices.
i'd like to know what is considered to be a "significant difference from average prices". Specifically, i'd like to know whether setting up the Reception to a "500 gold per day fee" violates said rule (since it's 5x average cost).

From what's written there it's obvious that the part Rent prices should not differ significantly from average prices refers to collect fees for lounge rentals.
If you want to set up a 500gpc/day and stay empty cuz your neighbours have set up 100gpc/day fee, feel free to do so. Maybe you'll even get lucky when those 100gpc/day houses will be fully packed and some desperate soul will spend his 500 gold pieces at your facility :) |
I guess it would've been more clear and easy to understand if the rule have stated manually collect. |
thx mate
