what minimum troops n buildings r required to be able to fight in ST for different factions?

Basic creature dwellings + Fort + Citadel and any faction specific building which increases creature count.
You wont need to upgrade the creatures and in some cases you can use rally talent to get away with recruiting tier 6/7s.
