| If there is someone who can tell me everything about modification, please instruct me. Because, I want to modify artifacts, especially weapons. Guys, please instruct. | "Modify" means Enchanting I think, right?
At lvl 6 you can build a Blacksmith in your castle, and
then you will be able to repair on enchant artifacts.
And you need Elements to enchant them.
