as rule 3.14 says:
There are limits for transfers intended as presents or loans. Maximum size of debt that can be owed to all other players in total is 20,000 * [Combat level] gold.
articdom's maximum debit is 160.000 as he's lvl 8, but right now he has a 430k debit.

So on 12-12-11 (date of last loan recieved), he has about 925000 debit. It mean he should be at least lvl 47 to get all this loan at the same time.
