not exactly sure what you mean, but if i've understood you want to look at a clan's finance log ?
go to the clan's page and then under the list of recruiter's etc. there will be "log" click that and then you can see the clans financial history from its creation |

You can check for a multies join to clan, etc.
But... is hard to prove that - clan founder/treasure keeper can take elements/money and use it "for a clan"... |

I see. So the clan can be used as a vehicle for money laundering and embezzlement.

This clan has a long history of being used for illegal activity. (https://www.lordswm.com/forum_messages.php?tid=1866184 for my previous investigations into it).
It's an interesting experiment to go through the log and see exactly how many of the characters involved with it are now blocked.
And I'm sure that there are other clans like it.

Any money sent to a clan as invitation fees, donations & taxes are counted as "gifts" under the rules and need to be within the the limits specified.
In general, money sent to a clan can be used in any way the clan leader wishes (with the exception of donations for a clan to be converted into a MC which are covered under their own section in rules but still need to be within the "gift" amounts allowed).
No money can be paid by additional characters though and admins can and do still issue penalties to everyone involved if they payments appear to just be used as a way to "get around" the other financial assistance rules.
It can be very confusing trying to track transfers to/from clans but not impossible if someone wishes to spend the time working it out. |
