Author | Removal of exp reduction for hitting units with mirror |
Due to a recent battle https://www.lordswm.com/warlog.php?lt=-1&warid=31751203 i create this topic.
During this fight, magic wizard versus might wizard, magical mirror of the might wizard triggered really often. That resulted in massive experience reduction for the magic wizard at the end (33% reduction).
I suggest to remove the experience and fsp negative for magical mirror effected self-kills since the caster never intended to do so (or even can't do so normally).
For area spells, like fireball and so on, self-kills still will have negative effects, since the caster knew what he was doing and wanted to kill his own units.
Some guys now might think "wow is that guy stupid, he got a far better fsp/exp ratio with these unlucky magical mirror triggers", but I don't think so. It cost me 5k exp roughly and I don't see gains in not wanting to gain exp.
Do you guys think that magical mirror should go on stealing the enemies experience, or should it be stopped of doing so?
I for my part will not pick magical mirror in PvP battles anymore when it can have so heavy bad effects on the enemies experience gain. | +1
Also think their its a penalty for berserk, if so then it should also be removed since it is involentary | +1 | +1, using an ability shouldn't result in a exp penalty | +10 very good suggestions | +1 | +1 |
