7 slots are not enough,

I am level 14 in DE, I can not separate my shrews in 3 stacks as I could do in level 13 (cause new unit black dragons )))

I ask for more space when I fight alone in hunting or ambush

The usage of the 7 slots is a tactic and strategy in itself. Should you not bring a unit so you can split more or shoudl you not split so you can bring a unit.

It's something you need to work around, not demand to change. You might as well have demanded that in real-life,troops could be teleported into battle so that the number of seats in troops transports is not longer a factor for World Wars.

anyway, your DE still have cheap offense talent, get the tactic talent to grag some extra settlement space for troops :)
for Pang: You didn't understand him correctly.
He wants to say (and I completely agree with him) that 7 slots of creatures are not enough on high levels. It means you cannot distribute you units in more stacks. It has nothing to do with the placement (what tactics offer).

If you think, you get the same amount of slots at lvl 1, where you have 2 different units, so it means you can divide it many times and you get the same amount of slots at lvl 14+ where you have 7 different units. Considering you usually don't take tier lvl 1 or tier lvl 2 troops, this gives you the possibility to divide only one stack stack.
It would definitely open many more possibilites for combat if you could divide your units in more slots (8 or maybe even 9). It wouldn't have to be "as granted", so maybe it could be done by additional building in the castle or even as a talent.

Make double triple fighting area larger cause if u three big creatures u have like no space for anything else

It's not about placement area. It stays the same 2x10 for normal battles or 3x10 with tactics tallent. It's about HOW MUCH stacks of troops you can deploy on that area. Currently you can deploy 7, the suggestion is to deploy 8 or maybe even 9. I have no problem to "squeze" them in the current deployment area...
i suggest that with tactics you also get 1 or two more slots to settle troops
I wonder why u misunderstood what he meant :) This is not about the space on field!

Just to clarify:

It's about that he can not split shrews into 3 since if u take dragons, shrews, minos, lizzies, dark witches, ladons there is only 1 additional slot (posioners') left, so we can not make 3 stacks of shrews.

By the way other factions have also only 7 slots mate, so its fair.
In hunts / MQ-s u can leave minos (even dragons) to have 1-2 more slots for split.

So sorry mate, but this is simply about placing/set up strategy

I'm perfectly aware that I can leave some of the troops home and therefore have one more slot to distribute shrews for example. But it's not exactly rational. For all 34 minos left at home I get +3 DW. Further for 2 dragons I get nothing...

I know it's the same for all the factions, but everyone could benefit additional retail stack, wouldn't he? At least it would decrease the hunt dificulty a bit, to the contrast of all the AI improvements lately, which increased it a lot.

I can only see a problem with ambushes, because with 3 large creatures you can exactly squeze 7 units in that 4x4 square. So it should be enlarged a bit... I always tought it's to small :P

I guess people were suggesting tactics so that it's easier to squeeze tons of large creatures in (esp in GBs, etc)
Off course it would bring the change into tactics, but haven't many changes in the past did the same? Off course it would be easier to hunt with more stacks, but did someone recently tried to beat a white royal griffins or demon cave hunt? Off course necros with more inf. zombies could kill even a stronger monster creature, but so what, you have +10 stronger monsters already compared to DE...

I think it would bring more diversity into the game and you know that we all need it.
It's just the old habbit here, nobody is happy, but nobody would change anything either.
