AuthorLosing battles
this is a duel on lvl 4:

https://www.lordswm.com/war.php?warid=499054769

losing a battle gives such better exp/fsp ratio, on higher levels maybe even better. might as well start losing every single one now..
Intentional losing of PVP battles is considered as a bad sportsmanship and is punishable.
also dont you want to win? the point of that is to give people who are really bad or really unlucky a slightly better advantage.
also dont you want to win?

look at the character ethereality he WON by LOSING
1. XP is good. Everyone should want to level up.
2. Losing battles actually gives you less xp AND fsp per battle.
3. People need to stop throwing out ethereality as an example. He exploited old game mechanics. And he didn't really win anything.

Did he really win? Do you think he had fun? I don't think he had fun. He is so focussed on gaining fsp only.

I don't think at all that he WON. Actually in my eyes he is a big loser, to invest endless time and still creepin' around at so low level, without the cool abilties/spells/... of the higher levels.

No, XP is not good. I don't want to level up!

2. Losing battles actually gives you less xp AND fsp per battle.
True, but it gives you * MUCH BETTER * ratio. Especially in PvP!!!
FSP arent of much worth as many of u might think, there r LG, MG and stuffs
I've never understood the mentality of losing and losing and losing to get fsp. Isn't the point of getting fsp to make your character more powerful, to minimize losing? It's sort of like saying, you want to be a better driver so that you don't crash your car, but you'd like to crash your car a lot so that you'll become a better driver! Then what, so you can boast that you're now an excellent driver because you have totaled your car a zillion times?
for Geryon:
no the point of losing to get fsp is to be better than other players on your level.
Having high faction level,

He can now win MOST tournament prizes.

Patience and losing a lot will win him BIG money in the long term.

And how do you prove that you're better than other players? Not by winning?

Yes, of course! Winning the tournaments, not petty skirmishes like all the rabble...
just from a statistics standpoint this should be really funny to see. itll be 4 victories, all tourneys worth tons of money i am sure, to like 50k losses? i cant wait i can look at him and go "yeah he really really needs that fsp" so enjoy losing fellows i personally was born with a drive to win and win by using superior tactics. i do not like to try and take advantage of a crutch they give to bad players.
this is the only game (that i know) that player are happy when losing, and dont need to level up.

but, Intentional losing of PVP battles is considered as a bad sportsmanship and is punishable.

Winning a few tournaments and losing thousands of "petty skirmishes" do not make you a better player. Quite the opposite.
I'd rather have a better win:loss ratio than fsp. :p
for crazyfrog20:
Win loss ratio has no benefit, nobody cares how much you won or lost. But if you have a higher faction level than anyone else, that matters
But if you have a higher faction level than anyone else, that matters
for Gangstarr:
I can do that by winning.. For example. Doing/Asking Hunt assists gives u better fsp:exp ratio..

Honeymoons don't last forever...
