| there is no real point of asking this question...no-one except the admins knows why we cant see our spells outside of combat. |
| I believe that the magic book should be click-able on your char page, bringing up the spells you have and their current costs, damage etc just like in combat. So you can see your spells and abilities, and see the changes afforded by talents and artifacts etc. Im making a new I&S for this right now. |
