+14 deffense
+1 knowledge
+23% initiative
+ Decreases ranged damage taken by 25%.

Set bonus:
+60% damage to neutral creatures,
+8% initiative,
+1 to minimum and maximum damage of all lord's troops.

It's possible to change shield (+4 deffense,+3% initiative) for arrows (+1 to attack bonus).
The price for members of Polish Elite is 3.2k gold.
