cause no one visits this sector, except for merecenary errands or buying some cheap sulphur. thus, no one will rent a room (cause the bonus has effect only for the current location) > no income.

but for tournaments they`re useless then.) and for FFA battles in CG as well, cause nearly no one participates in FFA.
might be useful for some mini-event though... |
