Objective:
Recruit new moderators to contribute to the community.

NOTE:
1. Official language is English in LWM; so i assume candidates should know and understand some English even it is broken/street English. Of course, i don't expect perfect English; we are not having English class here.
2. Make a short description on yourself: name, age, where are you from, game experience and other.
3. Copy and paste the the following questions in your private message with ALL of your answers.
Q1: explain in brief, what is difference among: moderator, sage and keeper?
Q2: which position is more important to other? why?
Q3: which position has more job to do? why?
Q4: which position should have better knowledge on game rules? why?
Q5: a newb ask for help on public channel, who should respond to them?
Q6: 'cold blood + steel heart' vs 'mercy + kind', which do you prefer? why?
Q7: 'freedom of speech come with responsibility', do you agree? why?
Q8: 'tolerance given according to different case', do you agree? why?
Q9: 'cheat is cheat; no matter what fancy excuse you had', do you agree? why?
Q10: why are you apply to this recruitment?
3. Send your private message (ONLY) to any of these 3 moderators: Tyrisia, Jedi-Knight, Magier.
4. Don't ask any moderators, keepers, sage, admin assistant and LWM staff for any reply in ANY form include both public and private channel: forum, chat, PM and so on. It is just a good way to get yourself to be disqualified.
5. Read from point 1 again if you don't understand. It is just some simple English here.

why would you want to make thing complex? simple, just leave the MC and apply. |

Members of Military clans may not send their applications/resume's for an official clan position during any recruitment period. Instead, the Military clan leader sends a recommendation for any one member he or she considers appropriate for this position. Such candidate must be discussed within the clan. Military clan leaders may send only one recommendation for each post at a time, recommending different members of their MCs into different official clans is allowed.

If a member of an official clan becomes a member of a Military clan that already has an official listed, one of the two officials will be evicted. This decision is taken by Staff department character. |
oh yeah, another important note: whoever with MC cant apply this recruitment. :)
Let me clarify this point - If a MC don't currently have a moderator, a member of that MC can ** ask the leader to write and apply on his/her behalf **, without leaving the MC. |

hehe very nice. so firstly talk about questions here and later somebody sends his/her applying with others opinions, answers :D but!! you can read here who and what thinks about this position, questions... not bad tactic. |

it is a very needless question in my view. why is it necessary if you would like to be forum moderator? apply the position and good luck. |
