Suppose an artifact gives +5 knowledge (Don't be greedy, no such artifact yet I guess)
I had 50 mana or 5 knowledge earlier.
I use it all after wearing the artifact (Use 100 mana in a combat)
In 15 minutes would the mana be 50? If yes, I remove the artifact, and is my mana full now? (50)
Or..
Would it become 25? |

you are speaking atm in points whereas %... You need 30 to refill 100% regardless the amount of points! Adding or removing knowledge won't change the % ratio needed! Or may be you had found a trick (joke)
