there is a 20% chance to get an element from MG upon successfully completing a quest. my question is:
is the 20% chance decided before you "accept/Decline" the quest or after you already complete it? because i have done a lot of quests and only got 3 elements. so i'm thinking maybe im just declining the ones that will give elements and accepting the ones that will not | The 20% chance is determined when you complete it.
