I wanted to get some information about.
e.g. If a person has battled with his multis in same battle for 5 five times but he has not been fined yet then which level of infringement will it be. But if has been fined for financial assistance once then will it effect the above mentioned violation.

If you have any suspicion about rule breaks report it in Ca&A.
If the above mentioned accounts were fined for financial assistance and if they didnt break any rules anymore since this penalty, there is no need to report them again. In case of multiple rules violations, cases are penalised as a whole.
This is too hypothetical to answer correctly: Is there any new rule break that was overlooked or do you just feel the fine should be more severe because the penalty description didnt mention all their wrongdoings? |
