I've seen some players who have luck without equipment. How is this possible.

And the other way is by taking basic fortune talent path | | reach 12 and 15 level, you can earn +2 luck in tavern drink and choose talent upto expert fortune.So you could have upto +4 luck without equipments. | | for Urukaik: +1 not +2 luck |
