Those are transfers made out, and not received. The player, girlcoolline, did not benefited from the transfers. And the player who received the gold have already been punished.
And it's supposed to be savings (like saving money in a bank), not saving a clan. You really should know your English better before making such baseless complains.
Also, the administration/Empire have made it very clear that,
