I need to know how to defeat them :

It is hard to settle my troops at the proper places, u know that I have to split Magis into more than 2 stacks to avoid them being killed by the druids too fast .. :(
Any ideas ?

I would split garg in 2 stacks, and have them + golems protect garg.
You should probably attack instead of defend, as you deal good damage with your troops. Maybe defend with golems in the end of the fight if needed, as AI will focus on them.
Kill faeries with magis, and druid with hero.
After all druids are dead, finish what's left of efk and maybe faeries with hero. |
Split magi into 2 stacks and keep them on bottom the first line.
Split gargs into 2 halves
and when faeries and efk will come forward you should through shot and you will be able to kill them. Druid with hero. |

You actually could have won the way you played if you just made one change - instead of killing the 15 faeries, you should have killed a stack of druids with your hero. Then you would have won. As it is the faeries are completely useless in breaking your defense, and you could have easily killed them with melee.
Also, don't forget that unicorns have aura of magic proof (your earthen spikes was useless).
