You might be under the wrong impression that players who are blocked are allowed to create another set of characters.
Creating more than 3 characters is against the rules, even if the previous characters you own are blocked, as far as I know.
Although newly created characters are rarely tracked and blocked for this sole reason. Either you were breaking the rules again or your previous violations were considered very serious (which would lead to IP block probably, so this shouldnt be the case).
Anyway, good luck at .ru, there are whole clans of players from .com, maybe you want to find one of those. If you want to share your love and other matters that belong to private mail, use private mail. |

So this means that if a player created 3 characters at the beginning when he first knew about the game, and he did the 'financial assist thingy', he got found out, and all 3 characters are blocked... he can never play this game again?

Not true. I have seen a lot of cases recently where lvl 1 characters who have done only 2-3 battles, and without a single transaction in their logs, and they all (all different users) got blocked. No reason were even given in their logs.

It is best to email admin to clarify the situation. In the past, blocked characters were not counted towards the maximum number of characters you can have and 'financial assist thingy' violations would block all but one character so you could still continue with that one character and make 2 more new ones.
Full-All-Character blocks were reserved for major violations that was deemed too serious to allow the player to stay and would result in all present and potentially future characters to be punished.
As for now... I do not know what the admin stand is, so it would be good to clarify the situation with them. |

I know this is a statement about BOW block only, but I have found nowhere in the general rules that you actually can create new accounts, when your other accounts are blocked.
And by "rarely tracked" I meant that in the last 3 years of this game, such situation didnt occur very often. Anyway without further insight into specific cases we cannot say anything with certainty. |

As I mentioned above, there is no other official statement about blocked characters and whether you can play again or not after serious violations.
I can imagine how after phishing attempts, publishing racist or pornographic materials one is "blocked for life".
Blocking is one of "behind the scenes" actions, into which players dont have insight and it will probably stay this way.
I think we can close this with the beloved forum rule: "5.1. Administration's actions and decisions are not subject to discussion."
We wouldnt come to any conclusion anyway. |
