Just a moment ago at the Jewellery of Inspiration Factory in East Bay after enrolling, the 4 resources became full together in the space of a 1 second refresh. This is impossible for a player to do manually.
The game developers need to be aware that these troublemakers are back.

These people use an automated script (level of complexity unknown), that restocks resources at factories each time a person enrols. The automatic script does this much quicker than what someone can do manually.
For each resource sold at a factory a player can earn between 3 and 12 gold profit per resource sold. This adds up handsomely if you have a monopoly (because your script is so quick) over several hours.
The script user is still at East Bay. He/she is having a field day at the Ring of Inspiration factory, the chain shirt factory and the Luck necklace factory. In each case every resource dries up after a single refresh.

I have that suspicion too.
Please find and ban them.
It would be very easy to find those cheaters if we had "Transactions log" in facilities. More details:

These people use scripts (pieces of codes). Scripts are pieces of codes that can automatically do a series of work such as selling items to market. |
Defender shield blacksmith also has one.I can't even see any enroll code.

| Before buying artifacts, I check to see if I can make a profit by selling nickel, steel, or whatever resources to recover my gold if I can't enroll on an artifact facility. Maybe it wasn't a script user. Maybe it was just me. XD |
