diamond upgrade will reduce 1 level required for that unit. you still can get it free in lv16. |

it lv 16 will be implemented too fast lv 15 and 16 players will have a big deficit in cg battles and thief player ambushes
group battles and duels too
i hope they will implement lv 16 when at least 50 players will reach lv 16 or better when 100 players will reach lv 16 like on rus server |

There are 11 potencional lvl 16 and there will be some more soon and I remember the only lvl 14 player MasterTI and then only few CL 15 including me, yes it was hard e.g. to set up tournament blindfold battle among 10 players, but I still prefer to be such level my XP determines. And CL 15 and CL 16 could do CG togethere as there is only small difference, so also no problem. |

You could always buy diamonds without real money, yes this game is ment to be free, that's why there is the diamond mine in the eastest part of the map. Never tried to buy diamonds from there since I am not in max level, but I assume that they exist for that reason, don't they ? |

Since they already have the faction troop balancing in place (at .ru), it shouldn't be hard to bring it here. I have this idea that they can even include CL 16 and 17, but simply lock it so that no player can reach it until a certain criteria is achieved. When the criteria is met, (eg. 50 people reaching level 15, or derive some formula) then CL 16 or 17 will be automatically unlocked and the players who have sufficient experience will gain their respective CL.
This way at least players will know when it is coming... |
Seems to me that open 1 CL level cap every year is quite reasonable since it takes people that much time to reach a new level..... IMHO, the slower they introduce new CL level, the better it is for higher lvl players---of coz, not being too slow =P

So...
The question is about upgreading DW to Dark Sibyls.
It is not a quesiton:
Why there is no lvl 16 here?
He was just curious how is it possible to have DS on 15, while you need to be 16 to have it (except diamonds)
