Armorer: 9 (2-20%)
Jewelcrafter: 3 (2-8%)
Also put an upgrade on your artifacts

HOWTO:
1. PM to me.
2. Transfer your art with recall in 0.1 day, 0 combats, price 1 gold.
3. Transfer your elements with price 1 gold. | Weapon 5 * 11%
Earth damage = Meteorite shards + toadstool
Air damage = Windflower + Witch bloom
Water damage = Ice crystal + Viper venom
Fire damage = Tiger's claw + Fire crystal
Ignore defense = Moonstone + Abrasive
Armor 5 * 20%
Fire magic shield = Fire Crystal
Earth magic shield = Meteorite Shard
Air magic shield = Windflower
Water magic shield = Ice Crystal
Decrease attack of charging stack = Moonstone + Abrasive
Jewelcrafter 5 *8%
Nature magic spell efficiency bonus = Windflowers and + Tigers' Claws
Earth magic spell efficiency bonus = Meteorite Shards + Tigers' Claws
Air magic spell efficiency bonus = Windflowers + Meteorite Shards
Water magic spell efficiency bonus = Ice Crystals+ Witch Blooms
Fire magic spell efficiency bonus = Fire Crystals + Abrasives | Do not forget about the rules of the game, in particular:
3.13.3. Additional characters are not allowed to transfer items for repairing or enchanting.
Smiths and enchanters accepting transfers from multichars share responsibility for violation of this rule.
