But we can setting them in Personal settings.

Slows down the server due to extra data and streaming of data whenever there is a need for new music.
Causes people with slow connection or slow computers to not be able to load a new page due to the fact the music must be loaded first. It doesn't matter if it can be disabled, the sounds will still have to be loaded when you nevigate onto the page. |

A fan radio station might not be a bad idea, but I have no idea how to get something like that going. Plenty of other online games have them, and if I'm not mistaken, the .ru side has one.
However, such a thing shouldn't necessarily be endorsed or run by LWM. It can just be, 'Hey, I play LWM and I want to start a streaming broadcast of some music. Hopefully some other players will come listen to me.'
But having some music to listen to while playing is a big step in a completely different direction than having sound effects to accompany certain actions. Take it for what it's worth. |
